Items that are damaged due to misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions to send the item back. The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Exchanges

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.
